Randomness...

Hi Everybody and Nobody!! hehe

So guess what?! My braces are OFF!! :D :D yes it is very exciting news! :) wanna see a picture?? ok here it is... /\ up there! /\

so that's exciting... and then there's the part about my birthday being this Saturday... :D

AND I'm having 2 parties... wanna come??? ;) AND I'm going shopping with somebody who is super duper nice that night and then we are having a sleepover... :D [Naomi, if you are reading this, I am VERY excited :)]

I went to Youth Camp in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the beginning of the month for 4 days and had the most amazing time ever, met tons of new people and basically had a blast. Can barely wait until next year. :D Seriously though, there should totally be a second one sometime in the winter or something. Because a WhOlE year is WAY too long to wait to see all these wonderful people again. If any of you are reading this... I MISS YOU!! 


Then I came home, worked for a week [btw, I am loving my job] and then went up north for about 10 days... great fun, really enjoyed myself... we went to my grandparent's camp link >> lowelllakelodge.com/ << for anyone who wants to check it out... great place, I've been going there basically my whole life... anyway, after that I came home again and basically did a whole lot of everything and nothing and now I'm waiting for my birthday to arrive! Mom and I are going to clean house [yay! not] tomorrow and then hang up all the wonderful things I have boughten in the last while in my room [YAY!! :D decorative stuff that is meant to be on walls] so that it looks somewhat morely finished. :) [My mommy, cousin and I repainted my room about a month ago and I have been finding all sorts of wonderful things for it]


So yea, that is my wonderful life!! Gotta love it! :)
However I am very seriously tired [it IS around 1:30 in the morning] so I'm going to end this post and crawl into my warm, cozy bed and stare at my eyelids for a few hours.

My First Day At Work :)

Hey there World! ;)
So I have very exciting news. After the disappointment of the whole issue with Burger King [just for the record, I am not saying anything bad about Burger King, it's a great place it just didn't work out for me at the time] this is great. :) When my brother was younger he used to work in tobacco. [and I must say he was {is} and extremely hard worker :)] Well the other day his former employers called my up and asked me to work for them playing the part of salesperson etc. during the strawberry and raspberry season and then helping them finish up tobacco :) So very exciting. Not exactly every person's dream job but hey, you gotta start somewhere! :) And who knows, maybe I'll get a better job in the fall.


Last week when I was at my best friends house I captured the most amazing picture ever of a seeded dandelion. I thought I would share it and another one of a dandelion at sunset that I took because I said that I would post pictures. :)

Just a shot in the dark but does anybody know about any photography contest in Oxford County area? Because I would really like to enter one :)

First Ever Post!

Hi Everyone!

I guess I should tell you all something about me... My name is Heather and I live in a tiny town in Ontario. I absolutely love singing; I do it all the time, in the shower, around the house, while I'm working, no matter what I'm generally singing my heart out :) I also love taking pictures. My camera is almost always with me -- you never know when the most amazing picture perfect moment is going to come along! I will most likely be posting alot of my favorites. :)

My family seems to enjoy it when I decide that it's my turn to make lunch or snack - I tend to make the most simple things a piece of art... for example lunch today. I made a variety of sandwiches with ham, cheese, mayonnaise, and lettuce or pickles with a side of a layered salad of ice burg lettuce [bottom] spinach [middle] diced red peppers [top] and a Caesar dressing smiley face on top. The drink was a refreshing mix of cranberry raspberry juice and ginger ale foaming on top. Is that artistic for a 'simple' and 'quick' lunch? lol ;)

I have been told that I swim like a fish. I absolutely love the water. My grandparents own a  year round vacation camp with 8 cottages and two trailers. Their camp is located on a lake so when I spend my summers up there I swim every day. and when I say swim I mean a very long swim... so, the point of that past rambling paragraph is that I LOVE to swim :)

Tonight I went over to my cousin's place for a swim in their pool. It was so refreshing! :) We need our own pool ;)

Well I think that's all I can think of for now... I'll let you decide if I'm pretty or ugly ;) by posting a few pictures of myself at the bottom
